Crofton Ace Hardware

Service was great. We needed two sets of replacement tub/shower faucet handles which neither Lowe's or Home Depot had in stock. This Ace location had one set in stock and had a second set shipped into the store, next day. Huge green egg 3ft across

I walked into this store and was not greated. As I shopped around, I heard one of the staff asking shoppers if they needed any assistance. Not once was I asked. When I went to check out my items, I was asked did I get everything and would I like to sign up for the rewards card. The cashier appeared friendly and did sign me up. Unfortunately, as a first time shopper at an Ace store, I don’t look forward to ever returning.

Service at this store is superb. Tracy is a great employee. I live in odenton.the employees at the dollar tree in odenton play to much. So I go out of my way to go to the Crofton store.

I was super excited that an Ace Hardware opened near me, and was so disappointed with the additude from all the workers.Every time Ive gone into this place , the entire staff is supper rude and not helpful at all. I only had been in the place 2 times not only does the staff not want to help anyone but they don't know where anything is. I wont be shopping her anymore due to the staff.
